Welcome to our farm!

As you can see from the photo above, we are back in the green after the horrendous drought we've
had since last May. It's not very tall, but we have grass instead of sand. We are so grateful for the
rain we have had. I was beginning to think we had seen all we were ever going to see of rain. That
it is almost spring-like here in Hockley on January 27th is remarkable . This photo was taken today
and Mike is in a short sleeve shirt enjoying the bright sunshine. This week already, we've had
thunderstorms, the threat of high damaging winds, large hail, a tornado warning, and after the rain,
a flash flood warning, but you don't hear anybody complaining do you?.
